What should I do if I have lost/left an object on a bus or tram?
To find out if the object has been found by a Fil Bleu staff member, please contact our customer service team on +33 (0)2 47 66 70 70 from 11am the day after the object was lost/left on one of our vehicles.
Our call centre is open Monday to Friday, from 6am to 8pm, and on Saturdays, from 10am to 8pm
