Student Card

  • Your ID card or passport

  • Your university attendance certificate

QF Card

  • Your ID card or passport
  • A colour passport photo
  • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water or telephone bill, etc.)
  • Your CAF (French Benefits Office) monthly payment notice
  • Your most recent tax assessment or any proof of household income; 
  • Enclose your bank details. 
        

AAH (Disabled Adult's Allowance) card

  • Your ID card or passport
  • A colour passport photo
  • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water or telephone bill, etc.)
  • Your CAF (French Benefits Office) monthly payment notice
  • Enclose your bank details.

Disability Card

  • Your ID card or passport
  • A colour passport photo
  • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water or telephone bill, etc.)
  • A copy of your disability card
  • Pour bénéficier du pass annuel, le taux d'invalidité doit être :
    • Disability rate >80% : Mobility Inclusion Card ("Disability" clrealy indicated)
    • Disability rate >66% : Proof of disability due to an occupational illness or accident
    • Disability rate >75% : Proof of war-related disability 
  • A €10 cheque for the application fee.
