If you have forgotten your password, you do not need to create a new account. All you need to do is change your password.
Go to the account log-in page.
1 - Click on "Forgot your password" in the "User login" section.
A new window will open.
2 - Enter your email address;
3 - Click on the "Reset password" button.
You should receive an email. Please check your main inbox and/or spam/junk folder (this may take a few minutes)
4 - Click on the "Change your password" link in the email.
The following window will open.
5 - Please enter your new password in both of the specified fields;
6 - Press "Change password".
