New from February 27, 2025, I recharge my Fil Bleu card on my App!
I update the Fil Bleu application to take advantage of it.
Whether you're an occasional or regular traveller, I buy my tickets and top up my Fil Bleu card directly via the Fil Bleu app.
To take advantage of it, I must:
• have the Fil Bleu App on my smartphone
• Bring my Fil Bleu card and my credit card.
Thanks to the feature: Reload My Card
I can :
- Read the content of my Fil Bleu card
- Reload Fil Bleu tracks
I can't :
- Read and top up a contactless Ticket
- Reload a card other than Fil Bleu
A time I board a Fil Bleu vehicle, I validate my Fil Bleu card.
How does it work ?
- I open the Fil Bleu application
- I go to the Reload my card section
- Activate the NFC reader on my smartphone*, represented according to themodels by this icon

- I position My Blue Wirecard behind my smartphone
- I consult my available titles

To buy a Fil Bleu ticket :
- I click on Reload my card
- I select my title and buy it
- I accept the general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) and I pay with my credit card
- I can buy only one title at a time
- I charge my Fil Bleu card by positioning it behind my smartphone
- If I want to download my certificate, I go to my Personal Space
FAQ
Is my smartphone compatible with the new "Top Up My Card" feature ?
My smartphone must be equipped with NFC
- Android: The majority of NFC Android phones are compatible with Android 6.0 and later
- iOS: iPhones are compatible with iPhone 7 and later (minimum iOS 13 and iOS 14.5 version for iPhones XR, XS and XS Max).
I check the website of the manufacturer of my smartphone to find out if my model has an NFC reader.
- What are the eligible vehicles?
Only JV Clever cards can be read and loaded
- Can I top up my Ticket contactless ?
No, my contactless ticket is not rechargeable with this feature.Transport cards other than JVMalin are not read or loaded.
- Can I save my Fil Bleu card on my smartphone ?
No.
To travel, I continue to validate my Fil Bleu card each time I board the vehicles.
- How do I know where the NFC reader is located on my smartphone ?
The orientation and placement of my Fil Bleu card is essential to perform the reading.
As a general rule, you have to present the card on the back of the smartphone, but some models require it to be placed in front of the screen. If I can't find the location of the NFC reader on my smartphone, I look on the manufacturer's website
Be careful, reading may be disrupted if :- I have a protective case that is too thick
- Cards stored on the back of my smartphone
- I completed my payment but the upload didn't work
- I have up to 5 days to top up my card
- The pending transaction must be carried out from the smartphone that was used for payment on the card concerned
- The pending transaction is automatically cancelled after 5 days and the bank transaction is cancelled (the account will not be debited)
- I have a pending transaction and I have a problem with my smartphone, app or card
Don't worry, after 5 days the transaction is automatically
Examples of cases :- I uninstalled my Fil Bleu app
- I lost my smartphone or my smartphone no longer works
- I have lost my Blue Thread card or my Blue Wire card has been stolen from me
